This role is responsible for evaluating patients referred to physiotherapy, organizing and implementing individualized therapeutic programs and monitoring the patients progress and response to treatment.. This role would include the ability to demonstrate clinical knowledge and understanding that is relevant to their area of practice and underpins their individual scope of practice, recognize their role and responsibilities within the patients plan of care, and demonstrate knowledge and understanding of anatomy and physiology, evidence-based practice, and physiotherapy practice of service users through the life span. This role is responsible to operate in line with M42 and DOH/DHA policies, procedures, guidelines and standards. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments, interpret referrals, identify functional limitations, and develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Deliver, monitor, and modify physiotherapy interventions to optimize mobility, function, physical performance, independence, and overall rehabilitation outcomes. Establish patient-centered goals and educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans, self-management strategies, and health promotion initiatives. Utilize standardized outcome measures to evaluate progress, monitor patient response to treatment, and adjust rehabilitation programs to achieve optimal clinical outcomes. Ensure patient safety through ongoing risk assessment, adherence to clinical guidelines, and implementation of best practices throughout all therapy sessions. Maintain accurate clinical documentation, assessment reports, treatment records, and administrative requirements in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory standards. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, rehabilitation professionals, and caregivers to provide coordinated, high-quality, person-centered care throughout the rehabilitation journey. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, clinical programs, staff development, professional education, and continuous learning to support excellence in physiotherapy service delivery. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy/Physical Therapy or a recognized Master’s Degree in Physiotherapyor equivalent. Minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience in physiotherapy and long-term care, rehabilitation. Proven experience working within a CARF or JCI-accredited healthcare environment, delivering high-quality, evidence-based rehabilitation services. Completion of relevant specialty qualifications and certifications in accordance with DOH/DHA requirements, appropriate to the clinician's area of expertise. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and relevant advanced certifications such as ACLS and/or PALS, depending on the specialty area, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.

## Requirements

Minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience in physiotherapy and long-term care, rehabilitation. Proven experience working within a CARF or JCI-accredited healthcare environment, delivering high-quality, evidence-based rehabilitation services. Completion of relevant specialty qualifications and certifications in accordance with DOH/DHA requirements, appropriate to the clinician's area of expertise. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and relevant advanced certifications such as ACLS and/or PALS, depending on the specialty area, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
