## Description

Job Title: HCM Consultant

Experience: 5+ years

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HCM Consultant to support HR digital transformation, HCM system implementation, and HR process optimization projects in Saudi Arabia, this role might requires relocation.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather business requirements and analyze HR processes.

Support HCM system implementation, configuration, and integration.

Understand core HR, payroll, recruitment, and employee lifecycle management.

Ensure alignment with Saudi Labor Law and local HR requirements.

Support data migration, system testing, and user training.

Coordinate with business and technical teams to deliver projects successfully.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of HCM consulting or implementation experience.

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar platforms.

Knowledge of Saudi HR regulations and government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, and Mudad.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Arabic and English proficiency preferred.
