## Description

Job Purpose:

To support the Contract Management team in daily contract administration and workflow activities, ensuring the proper processing, tracking, signing, and archiving of contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and assign contract requests through

• Circulate finalized agreements for signature

• Archive executed contracts and maintain accurate contract records.

• Track contract expiry dates and related notifications.

• Support the Contract Management team in managing contract workflows and multiple requests.

• Assist with broader contract management activities

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or Engineering.

• Excellent written and spoken English (essential).

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

• Ability to follow structured processes and manage multiple requests simultaneously.

• Familiarity with document management or electronic signature systems is an advantage.
