## Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management.

• Identify and evaluate suppliers, obtain quotations, and negotiate competitive pricing and contract terms.

• Prepare purchase orders (POs), maintain procurement records, and monitor deliveries.

• Coordinate with Construction, Projects, Finance, and Administration departments.

• Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services for real estate development projects.

• Monitor supplier performance, quality, costs, and delivery schedules.

• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and approved budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of procurement experience in the UAE, preferably within real estate development or construction.

• Strong knowledge of UAE suppliers, sourcing procedures, and procurement practices.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/procurement systems.

• Ability to manage multiple procurement requirements and meet deadlines.

Preference: Candidates with UAE real estate development or construction experience.
