Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong knowledge of airline operations and disruption management (IRROPS). The role focuses on analyzing and improving end-to-end business processes and digital customer journeys associated with flight disruptions, including delays, cancellations, schedule changes, rebooking, refunds, vouchers, and passenger recovery.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, airline operations teams, Product Owners, UX/UI teams, and technology teams to gather requirements, analyze operational workflows, and define functional solutions that improve disruption handling, operational efficiency, and customer experience across digital channels.

The role requires a strong understanding of airline operational processes, customer servicing, Agile product delivery, and business analysis, with the ability to translate complex operational scenarios into clear functional requirements and scalable digital solutions.

• IRROPS and airline disruption management

• Flight delays, cancellations, and schedule changes

• Passenger rebooking and reaccommodation workflows

• Refunds, vouchers, and compensation processes

• Customer communication and recovery journeys
