About the Opportunity

A confidential Abu Dhabi Government Entity is seeking motivated and ambitious UAE National graduates to join its Procurement & Tendering function. This opportunity is designed for recent graduates looking to build a professional career in public sector procurement, tendering processes, contract administration, and supplier management while contributing to strategic infrastructure and development projects.

The successful candidate will be provided with structured training, professional development opportunities, and exposure to government procurement practices and policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and administration of procurement and tendering activities.

• Assist in developing tender documents, RFQs, RFPs, and related procurement documentation.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather procurement requirements.

• Support bid evaluation processes and maintain procurement records.

• Monitor procurement timelines and ensure compliance with internal procedures.

• Assist in market research, vendor sourcing, and supplier prequalification activities.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and procurement-related analysis.

• Support contract administration and supplier performance monitoring.

• Ensure procurement activities are conducted in accordance with applicable policies and governance requirements.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the Procurement & Tendering function.

Qualifications

Required

• UAE National (Family Book required).

• Bachelor's Degree in one of the following disciplines:

• Business Administration

• Supply Chain Management

• Procurement

• Finance

• Economics

• Engineering

• Law

• Public Administration

• Or a related field

• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience.

• Strong communication and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Eagerness to learn and develop within a government environment.

Preferred

• Internship experience in procurement, contracts, or supply chain.

• Knowledge of procurement principles and tendering processes.

• Strong report-writing and presentation skills.
