Required Experience

• 4-8+ years in banking business analysis or testing; experience in core banking or digital banking transformation; understanding of banking products, customer journeys and BIAN concepts; strong requirement analysis, traceability and UAT skills; experience with modern lifecycle management and approved AI productivity tools.

Key Responsibility

• Analyse customer, account, payment, lending, card and onboarding journeys; map requirements to BIAN service domains and API operations; create scenarios and traceability matrices; coordinate business validation and UAT; define test data; validate operational, exception and reconciliation scenarios; use AI-assisted requirement analysis and test drafting with business review.
