## Description

We are looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager to lead revenue growth across B2B fintech, trade credit, KYC/KYB, credit reports, trade finance, and credit risk solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team revenue targets.

• Develop and execute sales strategies across Membership, Credit Reports, Verification, Trade Finance, and Credit Assessment solutions.

• Build strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, credit insurers, SMEs, buyers, and sellers.

• Own the complete sales pipeline, including forecasting, deal progression, risks, and opportunities.

• Drive new customer acquisition, membership growth, and product adoption.

• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop sales team members.

• Conduct regular pipeline reviews, 1:1s, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.

• Partner with Marketing on lead-generation campaigns and market outreach.

• Work closely with Product and Operations teams to support customer onboarding and relay market feedback.

• Track sales metrics, KPIs, CRM hygiene, win rates, conversion, retention, and forecast accuracy.

Requirements

• Business Information / Credit Risk Services

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing or leading a sales team.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.

• Strong understanding of the UAE banking, trade credit, or SME lending market.

• Strong negotiation, coaching, relationship-management, and communication skills.

• Experience using CRM tools and sales analytics.

• Strong forecasting and data-driven decision-making skills.

Preferred Experience

• Selling to financial institutions, credit insurers, or SMEs in the UAE.

• Exposure to KYC/KYB, credit assessment, trade finance, or credit-risk products.

• Experience scaling sales teams in a fintech or high-growth startup.
