Project Manager – Construction (Client Representative)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 25,000–30,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

The Opportunity

Kingston Stanley is partnering with an established construction consultancy in Dubai to recruit an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of residential developments, including villas and apartment projects.

The successful candidate will act as the client's representative, overseeing construction activities, managing contractors and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from initial groundworks through to final handover.

• Manage contractors, consultants and multidisciplinary site teams.

• Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality and site progress.

• Oversee contract administration, claims, variations and contractual compliance.

• Resolve technical and construction-related challenges.

• Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations and HSE standards.

• Provide regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering – mandatory.

• 10–15 years' construction experience, including at least 5 years in project management.

• Proven experience delivering residential construction projects within the UAE.

• Strong technical knowledge of civil, structural, architectural and MEP works.

• Experience managing large site teams and overseeing main contractors.

• Strong understanding of construction contracts, claims and variations.

• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

• Valid UAE driving licence.

Immediate availability or a maximum one-week notice period is strongly preferred.
