## Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to support the smooth running of HR operations within a dynamic school community.

The Role

* Support onboarding and employee documentation.

* Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records.

* Assist with day-to-day HR administration and staff enquiries.

* Support HR processes in line with Labour Law and school policies.

The Ideal Candidate

* Sound knowledge of Labour Law.

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* A professional approach, with discretion when handling sensitive information.

* Previous experience in a school environment will be an added advantage.
