About the Opportunity

We are connecting with experienced Business Development professionals for potential career opportunities with employers across the UAE. Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities, potential clients, and strategic partnerships in the UAE market.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business partners, and key stakeholders.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and market trends.

Develop business development strategies and contribute to revenue growth and market expansion.

Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective client acquisition and relationship management.

Monitor market developments and provide insights to support business planning and decision-making.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

At least 3 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or a similar commercial role.

Previous experience with a well-known multinational company, established regional business, or reputable industry leader is highly preferred.

Demonstrated ability to develop client relationships, identify business opportunities, and achieve commercial objectives.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of the UAE market and local business environment is an advantage.

Fluency in English is required. Arabic or Chinese language skills are an advantage, depending on the role.

A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
