The Role
We are seeking a proactive, client-oriented General Accountant to manage a portfolio of multi-entity clients. In this role, you will lead full-cycle bookkeeping, VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, and e-invoicing implementations, serving as the trusted, primary point of contact for our portfolio clients' day-to-day financial operations.
Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Client Portfolio Accounting: Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, cash flow tracking, and financial statement finalization across multiple client entities simultaneously.

• UAE Tax & E-Invoicing Compliance: Prepare and file UAE VAT and Corporate Tax returns; assist clients with UAE E-Invoicing standards and FTA requirements.

• Client Advisory & Support: Act as a direct consultant for portfolio clients on accounting workflows, invoicing frameworks, and general corporate financial practices.

• Audit & Reporting Support: Prepare weekly/monthly management accounts, ageing reports, and compile documentation for audit reviews.

• Compliance Maintenance: Assist clients with ongoing administrative regulatory filings, including UBO disclosures and AML/KYC documentation maintenance.

Requirements

• Education & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required. ACCA, ACA, CPA, or equivalent qualification strongly preferred.

• UAE Experience: 3+ years of multi-client accounting experience within a UAE corporate services, audit, or consulting firm.

• Tax & E-Invoicing Knowledge: Solid practical understanding of UAE Corporate Tax rules, VAT filing, and UAE E-Invoicing frameworks.

• Tech-Savvy: Hands-on experience with cloud accounting platforms (Zoho Books, Xero, QuickBooks, Odoo, 1C FirstBIT, Tally) and CRM tools.

• Languages: Excellent written and spoken English. Russian language fluency is a strong advantage.
