## Description

Warehouse Coordinator

Location: Hail, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to coordinate daily warehouse operations, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure the timely receipt, storage, and issuance of materials to support project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate material deliveries and verify quantities, specifications, and condition against purchase orders and delivery documents.

• Record material receipts, issuances, returns, and transfers in the inventory system.

• Ensure materials are properly labeled, organized, and stored safely.

• Coordinate material issuance against approved requests and maintain supporting records.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment requirements with Procurement.

• Conduct stock counts, investigate discrepancies, and support inventory reconciliation.

• Follow up with Procurement, suppliers, and Logistics on outstanding deliveries.

• Prepare reports on inventory balances, material movements, shortages, and pending deliveries.

• Maintain warehouse documentation and comply with safety and material-handling procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in warehouse coordination, inventory control, or warehouse operations, preferably within the contracting or construction sector.

• Good understanding of material receiving, storage, issuance, and stock reconciliation.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with inventory management or ERP systems.

• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.

• Accuracy and attention to detail.

• Good command of written and spoken English.

• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
