## Description

Sales Agent - Banking

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Agent to promote and sell banking products and services. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of sales experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships with customers while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell banking products and services, including accounts, credit cards, loans, and digital banking solutions.

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking products.

• Generate leads through direct sales activities, referrals, and networking.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

• Conduct customer consultations and explain product features, benefits, and pricing.

• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.

• Prepare and maintain accurate sales records and customer information.

• Follow up on customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

• Participate in sales campaigns and promotional activities organized by the bank.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in banking, financial services, telecommunications, or retail sales.

• Good command of English (spoken and written).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

• Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

• Basic knowledge of banking products and financial services is preferred.
