Job Description: CRM Full Stack Developer – KSA Onsite

Location: Saudi Arabia

Role Summary

We are seeking a hands-on CRM Full Stack Developer to enhance, maintain, and support a sports platform across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, .NET backend services, and Next.js/React frontend applications. The role involves full stack development, system integration, troubleshooting, and L2/L3 production support in a client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CRM functionalities.

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using C#, .NET, and .NET Core.

• Build and maintain responsive frontend applications using Next.js, React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

• Integrate CRM systems with frontend applications, APIs, databases, and external platforms.

• Develop and maintain CRM plugins, workflows, custom actions, and integrations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across CRM, backend APIs, and frontend layers.

• Provide L2/L3 application support, perform root cause analysis, and implement bug fixes and preventive solutions.

• Support deployments, releases, configuration changes, and production validation.

• Optimize application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.

• Maintain technical documentation for APIs, integrations, system changes, and support resolutions.

• Collaborate with business users and technical stakeholders in an onsite client environment.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in CRM development and full stack application development.

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CRM customization and development.

• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and .NET Core.

• Experience designing, developing, securing, and troubleshooting RESTful APIs.

• Hands-on experience with Next.js, React, and JavaScript; TypeScript is preferred.

• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL Server, and database development.

• Experience supporting business-critical or production applications.

• Familiarity with Git, source control, and modern software development practices.

• Ability to work onsite in Saudi Arabia for the full engagement duration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Azure services, authentication, and cloud integrations.

• Experience with CRM plugins, workflows, custom actions, and external system integrations.

• Exposure to sports platforms, event management, customer engagement, or digital platforms.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams..

• Immediate or short-notice availability is highly preferred.
