## Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight across multiple medical centres, ensuring consistent service delivery and operational excellence

• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency, productivity, and patient satisfaction

• Monitor financial performance, revenue generation, patient volumes, resource utilization, and key performance indicators (KPIs) across all centres

• Lead and support medical centre managers, ensuring effective workforce planning, staffing, performance management, and operational accountability

• Identify opportunities for business growth, service expansion, and operational improvements in coordination with executive management

• Collaborate with Medical, Nursing, Finance, HR, Marketing, and other departments to ensure effective coordination and service delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospital Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is preferred

• Minimum 8 years of experience in healthcare operations, medical centre management, or hospital administration, including significant leadership experience

• Experience managing multiple medical centres or outpatient healthcare facilities is strongly preferred

• Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, financial management, workforce planning, and performance improvement

• Proven ability to manage geographically dispersed teams and drive operational consistency across multiple locations

• Knowledge of Saudi healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and operational requirements
