JOB DESCRIPTION

Enterprise Sales Associate/Prospector

Job Location:

• This position will be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Reporting Line: • Reports to the Enterprise Sales Manager – KSA

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, research, and pursue new enterprise client opportunities across Saudi Arabia

• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, LinkedIn, and direct engagement

• Present D&B solutions to senior decision-makers across sectors (C-level, Directors)

• Maintain structured outreach cadence and pipeline discipline

• Coordinate with the Sales Manager for training, proposal development, and meeting execution

• Assist in account growth and limited farming responsibilities over time (10–20%)

• Participate in internal sales training and shadow meetings during onboarding

• Deliver weekly reporting on outreach volumes, sales funnel health, and client engagement .

Required Skills & Personal Attributes

• Demonstrated success in cold outreach and lead generation (hunter profile)

• Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English (professional communication level)

• Strong presentation and email communication skills

• Experience engaging with large organizations or semi-government clients is a plus

• Proven hunter/prospector — demonstrated success in cold outreach, lead generation, and closing new business independently Education

• Bachelor’s degree preferred Experience:

• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in SaaS, consulting, data solutions, or enterprise software)
