Job Brief

Are you ready to lead major Oil & Gas projects and make a real impact?

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Oil & Gas (EPC) to lead projects from start to finish. You will guide the teams through design, purchasing, construction, testing, and final handover.

This role is ideal for a strong leader who can manage large projects, meet key goals, and work well with clients and teams from different backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead EPC projects from project award to final handover.

• Manage engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning.

• Plan project work, budgets, timelines, and resources.

• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, cost, and time goals.

• Manage contracts, including Lump Sum Turnkey (LSTK) and reimbursable models.

• Work closely with clients, vendors, contractors, and project teams.

• Identify project risks and take action to avoid delays and extra costs.

• Ensure work meets client needs and industry codes and standards.

• Lead teams from different cultures and backgrounds.

• Oversee project progress and provide clear updates to senior leaders and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.

• 20+ years of overall experience in Oil & Gas project execution.

• At least 5–7 years of experience as a Project Manager.

• Proven experience in downstream or midstream EPC projects in the Middle East.

• Strong knowledge of EPC contracts, including LSTK and reimbursable models.

• Good understanding of regional EPC practices and project challenges.

• Experience working with international clients and diverse teams.

• Knowledge of international standards such as API, ASME, IEC, and ISO.

• Pipeline project experience will be an added advantage.
