Our client, a newly established real estate brokerage in Abu Dhabi, is looking for a proactive and motivated Real Estate Listing Agent to support the development of its property portfolio and build strong relationships with property owners across Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source properties for sale and rent across Abu Dhabi.

• Build and maintain relationships with property owners and landlords.

• Secure exclusive and non-exclusive listing agreements.

• Verify property details, pricing, and documentation.

• Coordinate property photography, marketing materials, and portal listings.

• Maintain an updated property database and follow up with owners.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Abu Dhabi real estate is preferred.

• Good understanding of Abu Dhabi communities and the local property market.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

• Familiarity with ADREC/DARI and property portals is an advantage.

• Self-motivated, organised, and target-oriented.
