Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Coordinator located in Doha, Qatar. The Reservations Coordinator will handle day-to-day tasks such as processing reservations via booking system, quotations, communicating with clients via phone and email, and offering top-tier customer service. Qualifications • Previous experience of 1- 2 years in hospitality, transportation, or travel services is preferred. • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are advantageous. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clients. • Proficiency in using reservation or booking system and CRM software is beneficial • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple bookings in a fast-paced environment. • Candidates currently residing in Qatar.
