Description

We are hiring Riggers.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform rigging activities including lifting, positioning, and securing materials and equipment.

• Climb towers, masts, monopoles, and other elevated structures to carry out installation and maintenance work.

• Install, assemble, and dismantle steel structures, antennas, cable trays, and related components.

• Assist in civil works such as foundation preparation, concreting, grouting, and structural alignment.

• Inspect rigging gear (slings, shackles, hooks, pulleys, harnesses) before and after use.

• Follow lifting plans and coordinate with crane operators and site supervisors.

• Ensure proper use of fall protection systems and personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Conduct basic maintenance and troubleshooting of installed components.

• Maintain site safety standards in compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.

• Report hazards, near-misses, and incidents to the supervisor immediately.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Certification in rigging and working at heights (preferred).

Experience Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in rigging, tower climbing, or civil construction.

• Experience working on telecom towers, transmission towers, or similar infrastructure projects is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments.

• Good physical fitness and stamina.

• Knowledge of rigging tools and lifting equipment.

• Understanding of safety regulations and procedures.

• Teamwork and communication skills.

Work Conditions

• Work at significant heights and in varying weather conditions.

• Physically demanding role involving lifting, climbing, and extended standing.
