Senior Leasing Manager | Real Estate Development

Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia

Nationality: Saudi

About the Role

Our client, a leading real estate developer in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Senior Leasing Manager to lead and develop its leasing function across retail, office, residential, warehouse and logistics developments.

Reporting to the Head of Property & Facility Management, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving leasing performance, developing leasing strategies, managing external agents and consultants, and building the internal leasing team, with a particular focus on retail leasing and tenant mix development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement leasing strategies, processes, workflows and reporting systems.

• Lead retail leasing, tenant mix planning, retailer targeting and direct engagement with brands and F&B operators.

• Manage leasing activities across office, residential, warehouse and logistics assets.

• Negotiate commercial lease terms and drive occupancy, rental income and leasing performance.

• Manage leasing agents and consultants, setting clear KPIs and performance expectations.

• Maintain leasing pipelines, forecasts and market intelligence, including rental benchmarks and occupancy levels.

• Coordinate with Development, Investment, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Property Management teams.

• Provide leasing input into development planning, unit mix, tenant requirements and project positioning.

• Build market relationships and develop the internal leasing team.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or a related discipline.

• 8–12 years of relevant leasing and commercial real estate experience in Saudi Arabia.

• Proven experience working directly for a real estate developer or development-led organisation.

• Strong retail leasing experience across shopping malls, retail destinations or ixed-use developments.

• Demonstrated expertise in tenant mix strategy, brand engagement, commercial negotiations and leasing pipeline management.

• Experience managing leasing agents, consultants and teams.

• Strong commercial, negotiation, leadership and stakeholder management skills.

• Residential and logistics leasing experience is advantageous.

• A postgraduate qualification or RICS membership would be beneficial.

A commercially driven and results-oriented professional with strong market relationships, excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build a structured leasing function while delivering occupancy and commercial targets.
