Key Responsibilities: • Manage Performance Management and appraisal cycles. • Lead Talent Management and Succession Planning programs. • Develop and maintain Competency Frameworks and career paths. • Support Organizational Design and workforce planning initiatives. • Drive employee engagement and organizational effectiveness projects. • Monitor OD KPIs and prepare management reports. • Lead and develop the OD team.
