## Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager for a leading food manufacturing and industrial production client in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive local market experience and a proven track record within the food processing, FMCG, or grain/agri-commodities sector. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand growth, market penetration, and customer engagement across the region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies tailored to the food manufacturing and industrial supply market.

• Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities across target sectors.

• Manage trade marketing, promotional campaigns, product launches, and brand positioning.

• Align closely with B2B and distribution sales teams to support revenue targets and client acquisition.

• Evaluate campaign performance and marketing ROI using data-driven insights.

• Oversee channel marketing activities and build strong relationships with key market stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a Marketing Manager capacity.

• Industry Knowledge: Background in food processing, agri-commodities, milling, or large-scale FMCG manufacturing.

• Regional Expertise: UAE market experience is strictly required.

• Skills: Strategic brand management, budget management, and strong cross-functional leadership.
