## Description

MB Services FZ LLC is currently seeking Greek Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team. We are seeking Dubai-based candidates fluent in both English and Greek. Please only apply if you have fluency in the mentioned languages.

As a Greek Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing assistance through calls. You will also be expected to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues.

You should also be able to work in rotational shifts. Prior back-office experience will be a plus.

• Salary: Will be decided during the course of the interview.

• Location: Dubai Outsource City (on-site)
