Fit-Out Delivery | Design Management | Hospitality

Position Details

Full-time | Dubai, UAE | Office-based + project/site visits | Regional travel as required | Reports to Senior PM/Director

Role Purpose

RPM, part of Ròya International Group, delivers project management across the full lifecycle, from planning and design through procurement, construction, fit-out and handover. About 80% of our work is hospitality: refurbishments, fit-out, repositioning and new developments. We’re lean, hands-on and client-focused.

We’re looking for a Project Manager to drive hotel refurbishment and fit-out projects, with a strong design management focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects and/or workstreams concurrently, with clear priorities, actions and ownership.

• Represent company and the client professionally with consultants, operators, contractors, and authorities.

• Drive design management and fit-out delivery from brief and concept through tender, construction, handover and close-out.

• Integrate programme, budget, quality, procurement, risk and stakeholder requirements into one coordinated delivery plan.

• Identify issues early, develop solutions and push decisions to closure before they become critical.

• Provide concise, accurate and decision-oriented reporting suitable for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in project management or project delivery

• Strong experience with a leading regional or international PM practice and/or a major regional/international fit-out or main contractor.

• Proven design management and fit-out delivery capability, including consultant coordination, tendering and site delivery.

• Hospitality experience: hotels, F&B, guestrooms, public areas or branded residences or comparable high-quality interiors.

• Degree in architecture, engineering or construction/project management

• Excellent English; Arabic is an advantage

• Strong MS Office and MS Project; Aconex/Procore, Bluebeam Revu and AutoCAD preferred
