Content Writer – Exhibitions & Events
Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to develop engaging, high-quality content for the company's exhibitions, conferences, and marketing campaigns, including EV World, AIM Congress, International Property Show (IPS), and WoodShow.

Key Responsibilities

• Create content for websites, event brochures, exhibition profiles, newsletters, press releases, and promotional materials.

• Develop engaging copy for social media posts, email campaigns, advertisements, and event announcements.

• Write content for exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, conference programmes, and event highlights.

• Research industry trends and develop relevant content for exhibitions and conferences.

• Collaborate with marketing, PR, design, and business development teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

• Proofread and edit content for accuracy, grammar, tone, and quality.

• Optimise website content and articles for SEO to improve online visibility.

• Develop compelling promotional content to attract exhibitors, sponsors, visitors, and conference delegates.

• Maintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery of materials for upcoming events.

• Update website and marketing content before, during, and after exhibitions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Content Writer, preferably in exhibitions, events, conferences, or B2B marketing.

• Excellent written English and strong research skills.

• Experience writing website copy, social media content, newsletters, press releases, and marketing materials.

• Knowledge of SEO and digital content strategies.

• Strong proofreading, editing, and time-management skills.
