## Description

We are Azizi Developments, a leading Dubai-based developer and a passionate team driven by the goal of crafting exceptional homes and destinations for people living in the UAE. Our portfolio spans Dubai’s prime residential, hospitality, and commercial developments, reflecting our commitment to transparency, customer centricity, quality, integrity, and value creation through a construction-driven approach.

Our portfolio includes some of Dubai's most exciting launches: Burj Azizi, set to be the world's second-tallest tower; Azizi Venice, a luxury waterfront community inspired by Venice. It also extends to Sharjah with Azizi Florence.

This position is with Royal Infra Contracting LLC, the infrastructure arm of Azizi Developments, which delivers roads, utilities, MEP networks and earthworks across the group's developments in the UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all construction activities for infrastructure works, including roads, bridges, utilities, drainage, wet and dry utilities, earthworks, and associated civil works.

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily site operations, making sure manpower, plant, materials, and resources are deployed efficiently.

• Turn project schedules into executable look-ahead programmes and track progress against baseline targets.

• Identify delays, constraints, and risks early, and put recovery plans in place.

• Lead site teams of Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Foremen, and Supervisors to deliver works safely and on time.

• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, monitoring their performance, productivity, and compliance with scope.

• Coordinate with UAE authorities and service providers (RTA, DEWA, Dubai Municipality, Etisalat/du, Civil Defence, etc.) for NOCs, permits, inspections, and approvals.

• Make sure all works follow approved drawings, specifications, authority requirements, and local regulations.

• Enforce strict HSE standards on site, including risk assessments, method statements, and permit-to-work systems, and promote a zero-harm culture.

• Work with the QA/QC team on inspections and testing, and close out NCRs and snag lists.

• Monitor site costs, resource use, and productivity to keep the project within budget.

• Support the commercial team with variations, quantity verification, and subcontractor payment certification.

• Prepare and present progress reports to Project Management and senior leadership, and attend client, consultant, and internal progress meetings.

• Manage testing, commissioning, and authority handover of completed works, including complete as-built and close-out documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (mandatory); PMP or an equivalent certification is an advantage.

• 15+ years of overall construction experience, with at least 5–7 years as a Construction Manager or Senior Site Manager.

• Proven experience on infrastructure projects in the UAE, such as roads, bridges, utilities, drainage, or master-community infrastructure.

• Strong background with contracting firms on the main contractor side (essential).

• Track record of delivering large-value infrastructure projects from start to finish.

• Thorough knowledge of UAE authority requirements, specifications, and approval processes (RTA, DEWA, DM, etc.).

• Solid understanding of construction methods for civil and infrastructure works.

• Working knowledge of Primavera P6 / MS Project and MS Office; familiarity with FIDIC contracts is preferred.
