WE ARE HIRING | BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

MIKAH Coffee | United Arab Emirates

MIKAH Coffee is expanding its presence across the UAE and is looking for a commercially driven, Arabic-speaking Business Development Officer to support our growth strategy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and securing locations and commercial partnerships across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities across government entities, healthcare institutions, corporate offices, commercial properties, and the events sector.

• Establish relationships with decision-makers, property managers, procurement teams, and potential business partners.

• Identify and secure suitable locations for MIKAH Coffee kiosks and coffee shops.

• Arrange meetings, conduct site visits, prepare proposals, and negotiate commercial agreements in line with company guidelines.

• Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects, converting opportunities into confirmed agreements.

• Monitor market developments and contribute to the company's expansion strategy.

• Achieve agreed business development targets and report on progress and results.

Requirements

• Fluency in Arabic and a strong command of English.

• Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle.

• Dubai or Sharjah resident.

• Willingness to travel across all seven Emirates.

• Experience in business development, B2B sales, commercial leasing, or corporate sales.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• A proactive, independent, and results-oriented approach.

• Experience with government entities, healthcare, real estate, retail, or F&B is an advantage.

• Immediate availability is preferred.
