We’re Hiring | Captain Waiters / Head Waiters – Em Sherif Café, Dubai 🇦🇪

Em Sherif Café is looking for experienced Captain Waiters/Head Waiters to join our team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional guest service in line with the brand’s standards.

• Welcome guests and ensure a refined dining experience.

• Supervise and coordinate service activities within the assigned section.

• Guide and support the service team to maintain excellent service standards.

• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure smooth and timely service.

• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and mise en place.

Requirements:

• Must be currently based in Dubai.

• Previous experience in refined, upscale restaurants, preferably in Lebanese fine dining.

• Strong knowledge of fine-dining service standards.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional appearance, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

• Excellent customer service and strong social skills.

• Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills.
