## Description

We’re hiring: Quality Control Lead | Americana Foods, Kuwait

This is a role for someone who wants to shape quality standards, not just follow them. You’ll own QA planning and standards across our operations and lead the team that delivers them.

What you’ll do

• Develop QA plans and define standards for raw materials, packaging and finished products

• Drive quality initiatives across plants and standardize compliance company-wide

• Lead investigations into non-conformances and own CAPA

• Manage certification applications and oversee the internal audit program

• Run supplier audits and support Sourcing in qualifying new vendors

• Represent quality in 2nd party, 3rd party and regulatory audits

• Contribute to the quality budget and identify technology to strengthen QC

• Lead, develop and assess the QC team

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Food Technology, Food Science, Meat Science, Veterinary Science, Food or Chemical Engineering, or related

• 5+ years in quality within food manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a senior role

• Proven track record implementing and maintaining international quality standards (HACCP, ISO, BRC, Halal)

• Meat or poultry experience is a strong plus
