A leading real estate developer is seeking to appoint a Leasing Manager to join its commercial leasing team. The role is focused on driving leasing performance across fashion, lifestyle and specialty retail categories within the company's retail property portfolio

The Company

An established real estate development business focused on creating and managing destination retail, mixed-use, and lifestyle assets across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The organisation is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences through innovative developments, strategic partnerships, and a carefully curated tenant mix that enhances the long-term value of its portfolio.

The Role

Reporting to the Director of Sales & Leasing, the ideal candidate will be responsible for driving leasing performance across key retail categories, with a particular focus on fashion, lifestyle, and specialty brands. The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing and executing leasing strategies, identifying and securing both local and international retailers, and optimising tenant mix to maximise occupancy levels and commercial performance. This position requires a commercially astute leasing professional with strong market knowledge, an established retail network, and a proven ability to negotiate and conclude complex leasing transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and secure new retail brands and concepts that align with the asset positioning and business objectives.

• Lead lease negotiations, commercial discussions, and contract finalisation with prospective tenants.

• Maintain strong relationships with retailers, brokers, agents, and industry stakeholders to support leasing objectives.

• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences to identify new leasing opportunities.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure leasing activity supports overall asset performance and customer experience objectives.

• Monitor occupancy levels, leasing pipelines, and category performance, providing regular reporting and recommendations.

• Support the development and execution of tenant mix strategies that enhance footfall, revenue generation, and asset value.

• Utilise leasing systems and CRM platforms to effectively manage tenant information, reporting, and pipeline activity.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.

• 7+ years' experience within commercial or retail leasing, preferably within shopping centres, mixed-use developments, or major real estate portfolios.

• Proven experience leasing fashion, lifestyle, and specialty retail categories.

• Strong network and relationships within the retail sector, including local and international brands.

• Previous leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.

• Experience using leasing management systems, CRM platforms, and reporting tools.
