## Description

Job Title: Integration Architect – Core Banking Transformation

Experience: 12–15+ years

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Integration Architect to lead the target integration architecture for a Lean Core Banking transformation. The role focuses on BIAN-aligned APIs, domain-driven design and event-driven architecture to decouple banking channels and capabilities from legacy core banking systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Define target integration architecture, BIAN service domains and API boundaries.

• Govern Experience APIs, Capability APIs and System APIs.

• Establish synchronous and event-driven integration standards.

• Lead the decomposition of legacy Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) services.

• Ensure security, resilience, observability and regulatory compliance.

• Apply AI-assisted tools for architecture design, documentation and software development.

Mandatory Requirements

• 12–15+ years of banking integration and architecture experience.

• Proven involvement in a large-scale core banking transformation.

• Strong knowledge of BIAN Service Landscape, Service Domains and semantic APIs.

• Hands-on architectural experience with API management, microservices, Kafka/event streaming and cloud-native platforms.

• Practical experience using AI-assisted architecture and modern engineering tools.
