## Description

Job Purpose:

To manage investor and shareholder communications, support financial disclosures, and ensure compliance with relevant CMA and Tadawul requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage communication with investors, shareholders, and financial analysts.

• Prepare investor presentations and financial reports.

• Coordinate the publication of financial results and corporate announcements.

• Ensure compliance with CMA regulations and Tadawul disclosure requirements.

• Organize investor meetings and respond to investor inquiries.

• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Corporate Governance teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations or Shareholder Relations.

• Knowledge of CMA regulations and Tadawul requirements.

• Excellent communication and analytical skills in Arabic and English.
