Location: KSA - Riyadh Reporting to the Senior Growth Manager, the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will support the day-to-day execution, tracking, optimization, and analysis of Holo’s digital marketing activity in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities: • Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, X, and other relevant channels. • Own day-to-day campaign execution, including campaign builds, budgets, bidding, targeting, audiences, creatives, and A/B testing. • Monitor performance daily and proactively identify opportunities to improve CPL, CPA, conversion rates, lead quality, and overall campaign efficiency. • Manage campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation, optimizing not only for lead volume and CPL but also for qualified leads and downstream conversion. • Have strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, including Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, keyword management, search terms, bidding strategies, and conversion optimization. • Set up, test, and troubleshoot conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Snapchat Pixel, and other ad-tech platforms. • Work closely with Growth and Tech teams to ensure events, pixels, data layers, form tracking, and conversion events are implemented and firing correctly. • Support offline conversion tracking and CRM integrations, ensuring advertising platforms receive accurate lead and conversion data for optimization. • Analyze the full lead-generation funnel, identifying where users drop off and which channels, campaigns, audiences, and creatives generate the highest-quality leads. • Maintain clean UTM structures, campaign naming conventions, event taxonomy, and tracking documentation. • Build and maintain performance dashboards and reports, translating data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. • Support ongoing CRO and experimentation, including landing page, creative, audience, messaging, and funnel tests. • Identify and troubleshoot tracking discrepancies and data-quality issues across ad platforms, GA4, CRM, and internal reporting. • Stay up to date with new ad products, platform updates, measurement solutions, and performance marketing trends. What We're Looking For: • Previous experience working in a lead-generation focused business is required, with a strong understanding of managing and optimizing paid media toward lead volume, CPL, lead quality, and conversion. • Strong handson experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and GA4. • Strong understanding of the full lead funnel, from ad click and form submission through qualification and conversion. • Highly analytical, hands-on, and detail-oriented, with the ability to independently launch campaigns, troubleshoot tracking issues, and use data to determine what should change next. • Comfortable working with large campaign budgets and multiple paid acquisition channels. • Experience with TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, CRM integrations, offline conversions, CAPI/server-side tracking, Looker Studio, SQL, or other analytics tools is a strong advantage. • Experience in the Saudi Arabian market a round 3-5 years and an understanding of KSA digital consumer behavior and advertising landscape would be highly advantageous.
