Technical Product Lead | Digital SME Banking | Dubai

📍 Dubai, onsite | 📅 12-month contract | ⚡ Immediate start | 🛂 Visa / freelance permit

We’re hiring a senior Technical Product Lead for a high-profile digital SME banking programme at one of the UAE’s leading banks.

The role

You’ll own the product vision, roadmap and technical direction. That means turning business priorities into a clear, deliverable plan and acting as the main product and technical counterpart for business, architecture, security and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap, release sequence and backlog, including epics, requirements and acceptance criteria

• Guide technical decisions across APIs, integrations, data, security and audit

• Balance customer value, risk and delivery effort when setting priorities

• Lead demos and stakeholder reviews, and keep delivery decisions evidence-based

What you’ll bring

• Senior experience in technical product management or solution leadership on complex digital products

• A strong grasp of API-led integration, cloud platforms and enterprise security

• Experience working across multiple stakeholders, vendors or regulated functions

• Banking or financial-services experience is a strong plus
