## Description

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and amend contracts, agreements, legal documents, and official correspondence

• Provide legal advice and support to internal departments on contractual, regulatory, and operational matters

• Support the management of legal disputes, claims, investigations, and litigation in coordination with external legal counsel when required

• Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions, reports, and recommendations for management

• Maintain accurate legal records, contracts, and documentation while ensuring confidentiality and proper document control

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related legal discipline

• 2+ years of experience in legal affairs, corporate law, contract management, or a related legal function

• Strong knowledge of Saudi laws and regulations, including commercial, contractual, and labour legislation

• Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts, managing legal documentation, and providing legal advice

• Fluency in Arabic and English languages
