Senior AI Content Creator

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior AI Content Creator to lead AI-enabled content creation within our Creative House, producing high-quality, platform-ready content and accelerating creative production across corporate and project marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Concept & Content Development

• Develop creative concepts and produce high-quality social and campaign content using AI-assisted and traditional creative workflows

• Create copy, visual concepts, social posts, reels concepts, campaign assets, and adaptable content across digital platforms

• Turn project-owner briefs into clear creative concepts and production-ready outputs

AI-Enabled Production

• Use generative AI tools responsibly to accelerate ideation, copy development, visual exploration, storyboarding, and content variations

• Build reusable AI prompts, templates, and content workflows that improve speed and consistency across the Creative House

• Stay current on emerging AI creative tools, content formats, and social media trends, recommending practical applications to the Marketing Director

Platform & Campaign Management

• Create platform-specific content for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Snapchat, and other relevant channels

• Develop multiple creative variations for performance campaigns and support rapid testing and optimization

• Own and maintain the content and production calendar across active campaigns and projects

Collaboration & Production Coordination

• Work closely with designers and external production partners on visual assets, photography, video, reels, and editing

• Coordinate directly with project owners on briefs while following priorities and campaign delivery timelines set by the Marketing Manager

Quality & Brand Consistency

• Ensure all AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs meet brand standards, factual accuracy, project information, and quality requirements before publication

• Maintain consistent tone of voice and visual storytelling across corporate and project brands

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Media, Design, or a related field (required)

• 4-7+ years of content creation, social media, creative, or digital marketing experience (required)

• Strong hands-on experience with generative AI tools for copy, image, video, or creative production (required)

• Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and creative concept development skills

• Strong understanding of social platforms, short-form video, and content performance

• Ability to brief and collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, and production agencies

• Arabic and English content capability is strongly preferred
