## Description

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. This role is ideal for a new graduate or early-career therapist who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to high-quality client-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based OT interventions to improve independence in daily activities.

• Document assessments, goals, and progress notes in accordance with professional and organizational standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PT, SLP, Nursing, Physicians, etc.).

• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques, safety, and home programs.

• Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and professional development activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

• Valid OT license from SCFHS

• Valid BLS license

Experience in Rehab setting is preferred.
