## Description

Seeking for an experienced Investor Relations Manager who will build the company's Investor Relations function from the ground up and lead it through IPO preparation and into life as a listed company.

Qualifications and experience

Essential

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.

• 10 to 13 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance or Capital Markets.

• Strong understanding of CMA regulations, financial reporting and corporate governance.

• Proven ability to engage institutional investors and analysts, and to work closely with senior leadership.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.

Preferred

• CFA charter or MBA.

• Experience with a Tadawul-listed company, or direct involvement in IPO preparation.

• Oil and gas sector experience.

• Experience setting up or building an Investor Relations function.

What you’ll do

• Build and manage the Investor Relations function through IPO preparation and after listing

• Manage relationships with shareholders, institutional investors and financial analysts

• Coordinate financial disclosures, earnings announcements, investor presentations and annual reports

• Ensure CMA and Tadawul compliance alongside Finance, Legal and Corporate Governance

• Track share performance, investor sentiment and peer companies

• Help the executive team communicate financial performance, strategy and growth plans
