## Description

About the Role

Graphic Designers must blend creativity with practical skills and industry knowledge, effectively communicate and collaborate with various teams, and continuously evolve with the changing digital landscape.

Responsibilities

• Develop and create visual designs for various media, including websites, advertising, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions, corporate communications, and corporate identity.

• Work with clients to understand their needs, present ideas and designs, and incorporate client feedback into the final design.

• Generate ideas and concepts to fulfill client or internal briefs.

• Ensure that the design communicates the desired message.

• Work closely with marketing teams, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, web developers, and marketing specialists.

• Ensure brand consistency across all visual designs.

• Manage graphic design projects from concept through to completion.

• Stay up to date with industry trends, software, and technologies.

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, product development, and content teams.

• Participate in internal meetings and contribute to strategy discussions.

• Interact with clients, external design agencies, freelancers, and other stakeholders as part of project requirements.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.

Required Skills

• Experience in fashion retail, footwear is a plus.

• Experience as a graphic designer or in a related field.

• Portfolio of work showcasing creativity and skill.

• Training or certification in graphic design software and tools.

• Understanding of current trends in graphic design and familiarity with the specific industry they are working in (e.g., advertising, media, tech).

• Experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

• A strong portfolio is often the most important requirement, showcasing a range of styles and projects.

• Willingness to stay updated with new design techniques and software.
