Job Description

• Develop and execute an annual events strategy aligned with institutional priorities, brand positioning, and stakeholder needs.

• Lead end to end planning of conferences, workshops, seminars, exhibitions, and flagship institutional events.

• Manage vendor relationships, RFQs, budgets, logistics, and on site execution to ensure seamless delivery

• Design and implement outreach campaigns targeting industry partners, academic collaborators, government entities, and community stakeholders.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners to support collaborations, sponsorships, and joint initiatives.

• Represent the institution at external events, exhibitions, and networking forums to enhance visibility and engagement.

• Support the development of partnership materials, outreach decks, and engagement briefs.

• Lead the organization of conferences, workshops, research symposiums, seminars, and bootcamps from concept to execution.

• Support end to end event coordination, including program development, speaker management, logistics, vendor engagement, and on site operations.

• Ensure all events are delivered smoothly, on time, and aligned with institutional standards for quality and brand experience.

• Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and checklists to ensure seamless execution.

• Coordinate venue selection, catering, AV equipment, and on-site setup.
