Role Description The Area Sales Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Asimah, Kuwait. This role oversees sales operations across assigned stores, ensuring sales targets are met, customer service standards are maintained, and brand guidelines are consistently implemented. Daily responsibilities include monitoring store performance, analyzing sales reports, coaching and motivating store teams, and coordinating merchandising and promotional activities. The Area Sales Supervisor collaborates with management to develop local sales strategies, supports staff training on products and customer engagement, and provides feedback from the field to improve processes and results.
Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements.

• Proven team management and leadership abilities to supervise, motivate, and develop store staff.

• Excellent customer service focus, with experience in retail or beauty sectors preferred.

• Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, guiding store staff, and interacting with customers.

• Experience in training team members on products, sales techniques, and service standards.

• Background in retail sales, cosmetics, or skincare industries is advantageous.

• Ability to work on-site across multiple locations in Al Asimah, Kuwait, with flexibility to visit stores as needed.

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
