About the Role

Regional leadership role owning end-to-end operational delivery of Facility Management (O&M) contracts across all sites within the assigned region; accountable for regional P&L, service quality, SLA/KPI performance, mobilization of new contracts and manpower planning; leads project managers and regional support functions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical).

• 12+ years in Facility Management / O&M with 5+ years leading operations at regional or multi-site level.

• Proven track record managing a regional portfolio of integrated FM contracts (hard & soft services) in KSA.

• Strong command of regional P&L, HSE, SLA/KPI governance and CAFM systems.

• Experience mobilizing new contracts and scaling regional teams.

• MBA or IFMA/BIFM certification preferred.
