About the Role

Administers CAFM systems, maintains asset databases, manages maintenance workflows, develops operational dashboards, and supports digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Administers CAFM systems, maintains asset databases, manages maintenance workflows, develops operational dashboards, and supports digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Facilities Management, or equivalent.

• 5+ years of CAFM experience.

Specialties / Key Skills

CAFM Platforms | Maximo Certified / SAP PM | CMMS | Asset Registers | GIS Integration | Power BI | Data Quality Management

Preferred Company Experience

Saudi Aramco, NEOM, Red Sea Global, Royal Commission for Jubail & Yanbu, Riyadh Airports Company (RAC), Jeddah Airports Company (JEDCO), ENGIE Solutions, CBRE, JLL, ISS Facility Services.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in large-scale operations, maintenance, integrated facilities management, airports, healthcare, higher education, hospitality, government, and critical infrastructure environments.
