## Description

Senior Investment Professional (Industrial & Logistics)

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Oneira Talent Solutions are delighted to support a leading industrial/ logistics real estate platform in Saudi Arabia.

The firm are hiring at a senior and mid-level, circa 7-10 years of experience.

You will lead the investment process from first look to closing, across both income-generating assets and development-stage opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate acquisition and development opportunities in industrial and logistics real estate across Saudi Arabia.

• Lead financial underwriting and modelling for prospective transactions, including acquisitions and ground-up development.

• Conduct commercial due diligence on development opportunities, working with internal teams and external advisors.

• Manage transactions through to close, coordinating legal, finance and external advisors.

• Build and maintain a strong network across the Saudi real estate market, including brokers, landowners, developers, and capital markets real estate desks.

• Work closely with the wider team on deal pipeline and strategic priorities.

About you

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in real estate investment, acquisitions or development finance.

• A track record of sourcing, underwriting and closing real estate transactions.

• Industrial and logistics experience is preferred. Candidates with broad Saudi real estate exposure will also be considered, but should bring strong Saudi market knowledge and an established network.

• Strong financial modeling and underwriting skills.

• Based in, or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
