## Description

1. Public Relations Strategy

• Develop and execute annual and campaign-based PR strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Draft press releases, media kits, executive speeches, and product narratives.

• Manage local PR agency relationships and evaluate performance.

• Monitor share of voice, media coverage quality, and sentiment analysis.

2. Media Relations & In-House Capability

• Leverage existing UAE automotive media network.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with tier-1 automotive, lifestyle, and business media.

• Establish in-house media capability to reduce agency reliance over time.

• Organize media roundtables, press conferences, and interviews.

3. KOL & Influencer Strategy

• Develop influencer and KOL collaboration frameworks.

• Identify, onboard, and manage automotive, tech, and lifestyle influencers.

• Lead vehicle seeding programs and review management.

• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).

4. Events & Experiential Marketing

• Plan and execute:

• Vehicle launches

• Media drives

• Auto show participation

• Event Partnerships

• Customer engagement events

• Manage end-to-end event planning and execution (concept, production, logistics, budget control).

• Ensure premium brand experience alignment.

• Coordinate cross-functionally with product, sales, and HQ teams.

5. Regional Support & Governance

• Provide PR guidance to regional distributors.

• Align messaging with global brand positioning.

• Support regional launches and press coordination.

• Maintain crisis communication readiness plan.
