## Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Technical Manager – Systems Assurance to oversee systems assurance, safety verification, compliance, and technical supervision for a major tunnel infrastructure project in KSA

Key Responsibilities

• Review and oversee the implementation of systems assurance plans and safety management processes.

• Supervise verification and validation activities throughout design, installation, integration, testing, and commissioning.

• Review RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety) assessments and documentation.

• Evaluate hazard analyses, safety risk assessments, and mitigation measures.

• Ensure technical compliance with project requirements, applicable standards, and authority regulations.

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams and system integrators to manage technical interfaces and safety requirements.

• Support system acceptance, safety certification, and final handover.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including technical supervision and systems assurance.

• Proven experience in RAMS, safety assurance, verification and validation, and system integration.

• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia within systems assurance or a related technical discipline.

• Experience in road tunnels, metro/rail infrastructure, transportation control systems, or other safety-critical infrastructure projects.

Familiarity with relevant systems assurance standards and safety management methodologies
