## Description

The Project Lead will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, governance and delivery of Data, Analytics and AI-related projects and strategic initiatives.

The role will serve as the central delivery focal point between Data & Analytics, business stakeholders, IT teams, Digital Transformation, vendors and governance functions, ensuring initiatives are properly planned, dependencies are managed, risks are escalated and deliverables are completed within the agreed scope, timeline and budget.

The role supports the broader Data & AI operating model, where Data & Analytics covers areas including data strategy, governance, data quality, data platforms, analytics and AI-ready data, while AI initiatives require coordinated delivery across data readiness, architecture, product delivery, controls and business adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and finalize all project initiation activities, coordinate alignments , committee approvals and endorsement.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Data, Analytics and AI projects, from initiation through implementation and closure.

• Manage project plans, milestones, budgets, resources, risks, issues and dependencies.

• Coordinate across business, Data Analytics, IT, Digital Transformation, vendors and control functions.

• Drive Data & AI initiatives covering data platforms, BI/analytics, data engineering, governance, data quality and AI use cases.

• Maintain strong project governance, including RAID tracking, documentation, approvals and executive status reporting.

• Manage stakeholders and vendors, ensuring deliverables, timelines and commitments are achieved.

• Coordinate testing, UAT, production readiness and BAU handover.

• Consistent project health-status reporting

• Proactively resolve blockers and escalate risks or delays requiring management attention.

Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Data/Analytics, Business Technology or equivalent.

• Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum is highly preferred.

• 8+ years of overall IT/project delivery experience.

• 5+ years managing complex technology, data, analytics or digital transformation projects.

• Demonstrable experience coordinating projects across business and multiple IT disciplines.

• Previous exposure to banking or financial services is strongly preferred.

• Experience managing external vendors, consultants or outsourced resources.

• Experience preparing management-level project status and governance reporting.
