## Description

We're Hiring | Chief Accountant

📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

🏢 Department: Finance

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Chief Accountant to oversee accounting operations, ensure the accuracy of financial records, and support financial reporting, closing activities, and compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee General Ledger (GL) activities and account reconciliations.

• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing.

• Review journal entries, accruals, provisions, and accounting adjustments.

• Ensure accurate financial records and supporting documentation.

• Support internal and external audits and strengthen accounting controls.

• Investigate accounting discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 4–6 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Strong experience in General Ledger, account reconciliation, and financial closing.

• Proficiency in ERP accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.

• Good understanding of accounting standards and internal controls.

• Experience in multi-entity or diversified business environments is preferred.

• SOCPA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification is an advantage.
